Camp Freddy appeared as part of the Music For Relief effort to help South East Asia at The Arrowhead Pond in Anaheim, with Linkin Park and No Doubt. Guests included Gavin Rossdale, Cypress Hill and Rob Zombie. The event raised over $1,000,000 for the fund, and a spokesman for Camp Freddy commented, 'The band are overjoyed that they were able to take part in the event and help raise such a huge sum for the charity. A huge thanks to everyone involved in the show'. Ozzy Osbourne was scheduled to appear with the band but was unable to attend, due to family commitments in New York. The complete setlist, along with the guests can be seen on the Events page.

Camp Freddy have resumed work on their record, planned for release sometime later this year. The album is being produced by Mike Clink (Guns N Roses) and is rumored to be an album of covers, featuring guest singers, guitarists and even the odd guest drummer or two. An extension of the live show, the record will feature 12 songs, and the basic tracks were recorded last year. Work has resumed on the record and the band hope to have it completed by summer 2005. Listen to Camp Freddy Radio, on Indie 103.1FM (or log on to www.indie1031.fm) every Saturday night from 6.00pm to 8.00pm to catch exclusives – the band plan to have finished work on a track or two soon and will air them on their show when they are ready.

| TSUNAMI CHARITY SHOW ROUND UP |

The Tsunami Benefit show at The Key Club in Los Angeles last week was a great success. The club was completely sold out, and Camp Freddy played 16 songs with a huge variety of guests for well over an hour. (See Events Page for set list and guests). A big thank you goes out to Carrie, Kim and Joe at The Key Club, all at Indie 103.1FM, Brent, Deb and Scott at Bolthouse Productions, and everyone who came to the show.
Highlights included the dulcet tones of Lemmy (Motorhead) singing the Sex Pistols classic, God Save The Queen, Courtney Love doing an amazing version of Janes Addiction’s The Mountain Song, and Camp Freddy’s first foray into tribal music with Annabella Lwin from Bow Wow Wow, doing I Want Candy.
Guitarist Billy Morrison said: 'We raised a lot of cash for the Tsunami victims and had great fun doing it. You can’t ask for more than that.'

Camp Freddy visited Las Vegas on January 5th to launch the fabulous new portable Sony Playstation, the PSP, at Body English in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Sony held the party during C.E.S. week in Vegas, which just by chance, falls in the same week as the Adult Movie Convention. Celebrities and Porn Stars mixed together in the audience as the band played for over an hour, with guests such as Scott Weiland, Xzibit, Macy Gray, Tone Loc, Billy Duffy, Jerry Cantrell and Joan Jett. The finale of the show involved the whole band, plus all the guests and a bunch of ‘enthusiastic’ adult movie stars all getting up onstage while the band played Iggy Pop’s I Wanna Be Your Dog.
