Camp Freddy will be performing at The Avalon Theater in Hollywood on December 7th as part of the Indie 103.1FM WRECK THE HALLS Christmas party. Also appearing will be Lily Allen, Drive A and The Darling Stilettos. All proceeds from this show will go to the MusiCares MAP Fund, which provides members of the musical community access to addiction recovery treatment, regardless of their financial situation. Camp Freddy played on an outdoor stage in the middle of Hollywood last night, as part of Best Buy's celebration of the new Playstation 3 Console. The party was held behind one of the huge Best Buy stores in Hollywood, and the band played for an hour, just before the doors of the store were opened to the huge lines of people waiting to purchase a PS3. SAN FRANCISCO AND ORANGE COUNTY

Camp Freddy played two shows during October. One in San Francisco at The Warfield Theater, and one in Orange County at the Costa Mesa Performing Arts Center. The set list and guests for both shows are now up in the Events section of the site. Plans are being drawn up for a free show in Los Angeles at Christmas, although no details are available at this time. Keep it here for more details.

The video that has been put together to promote the new Employee Of The Month movie, starring Dane Cook, Jessica Simpson and Dax Sheppard, and featuring Camp Freddy's version of the Cheap Trick song, Surrender, was the most watched video on YouTube.com yesterday, receiving nearly half a million hits.
